Spa Director | Sales & Operations LeadershipMassage Heights Brookhaven is looking for an experienced, motivated, and sales-focused Spa Director to lead our team and drive the continued growth of our Retreat. While spa industry experience is a plus, it is not required. We are especially interested in candidates with proven success in membership sales, retail sales leadership, fitness, hospitality, or other performance-driven businesses.What You'll DoDrive Sales & Membership GrowthLead the Retreat in achieving and exceeding monthly membership sales, revenue, and retention goals.Consistently grow our active membership base through new sales, strong conversion, and effective retention strategies.Lead by example through active involvement in the sales process, including membership presentations, overcoming objections, and closing sales.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify opportunities, and implement action plans to improve results.Coach and develop your team to confidently communicate membership value and consistently deliver strong sales performance.Lead, Inspire & Develop Your TeamRecruit, hire, train, and retain high-performing team members.Establish clear expectations, provide consistent feedback, and hold team members accountable for results.Conduct ongoing sales training, performance coaching, and team development.Create a positive, motivating, and results-oriented culture where team members are empowered to succeed.Lead from the floor, providing hands-on support and real-time coaching throughout the day.Own Retreat Operations & ProfitabilityOversee daily operations while maintaining exceptional standards of service and professionalism.Take ownership of Retreat performance, including revenue, labor management, productivity, and profitability.Create effective schedules that align staffing with business demand.Ensure consistent execution of company policies, operational procedures, and brand standards.Maintain a clean, welcoming, and elevated experience for every Member and guest.Develop local partnerships, community relationships, and promotional initiatives to drive new business.What We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsMinimum 3 years of management experience, including direct responsibility for leading, coaching, and developing a team.Proven sales success, preferably in a membership-based, subscription, or goal-driven sales environment.Experience managing individual and team sales goals, tracking performance, and improving results.Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.Ability to hold team members accountable while maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance sales leadership with daily operations.Comfort working with sales reports, KPIs, budgets, and business performance metrics.Full-time availability of 40 hours per week, including required weekend availability, some evenings, and holidays as business needs dictate.Preferred QualificationsExperience leading a membership-based business, fitness studio, wellness center, or high-volume retail operation.Spa, massage, skincare, or wellness industry experience.Experience with P&L management, labor optimization, and revenue growth.Demonstrated success improving membership conversion, retention, and team productivity.What We OfferCompetitive salary with performance-based bonus opportunitiesLeadership development and career growth opportunitiesComprehensive training and ongoing supportComplimentary wellness services and employee discountsA positive, team-oriented work environmentCompany celebrations, team events, and employee perksMassage Heights Family FundOur Core ValuesLoyalty | Authenticity | Passion | DiligenceIs This the Right Opportunity for You?
